Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
six66 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as required by our licensing obligations. You may be asked to submit copies of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and in some cases proof of the payment method used to deposit. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your six66 account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. six66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your six66 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take longer to process depending on the sending bank's processing times. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the six66 cashier section and may vary by payment method.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, except where this is technically impossible, in which case six66 will work with you to identify an appropriate alternative. You must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. six66 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request.
Player funds held by six66 are kept in segregated accounts that are separate from the company's operational funds. Your PKR balance is ring-fenced and is not used to fund six66's operational expenses. In the unlikely event of six66 ceasing operations, segregated player funds would be returned to players as a priority obligation.
six66 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g. your bank or mobile wallet operator) may apply their own transaction fees. six66 has no control over and accepts no liability for third-party payment processing fees.
six66 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and are incorporated here by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
All bonus funds credited to your six66 account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is clearly stated on each promotion page. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account automatically.
six66 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk hedge bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and using bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play. Where bonus abuse is identified, six66 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Certain promotions may be restricted to players in specific regions, to players who have made a qualifying deposit within a defined timeframe, or to players who have opted in to marketing communications. Eligibility criteria are stated on each promotion page. six66's decision on bonus eligibility is final.
The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on six66, including cricket (PSL, Test matches, ODIs, T20Is), football, and other sports markets. Game-specific rules for live casino, slots, and other casino products are set by the individual game providers and are accessible within each game.
six66 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion, including where we suspect a bet has been placed fraudulently, in error, or in violation of these Terms. Odds and markets are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation message with a unique bet reference number.
In the event of a clear pricing error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), six66 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Similarly, in the event of a technical fault during a game or live betting session, six66 may void affected bets and return stakes. six66 will not be liable for losses arising from technical faults beyond our reasonable control.
Cricket betting on six66 covers PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20I fixtures. Live in-play markets are available on selected fixtures and are updated ball by ball. All cricket betting is subject to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, reduced, or voided, applicable cricket betting rules as published in the six66 sportsbook will determine how bets are settled.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on six66. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation, and may have their account permanently closed and their balance forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, six66 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the six66 platform, even if six66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
six66's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend the platform for maintenance, upgrades, or in response to technical emergencies. six66 will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability or technical interruptions.

Upon account closure, any verified remaining PKR balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after all pending bonus wagering requirements have been assessed.
six66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — and to withhold or forfeit any balance held therein — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false identity information, or where continued operation of the account would breach six66's licensing obligations.
Clauses that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect after account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which six66 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
